About Me
Meet Kim Hogan, an artistic powerhouse educated in the vibrant heart of NYC at the School of Visual Arts. With a trophy case adorned with numerous awards, Kim’s creative prowess extends far beyond the confines of conventional artistry.
Her masterpieces grace both private and public collections, leaving an indelible mark on institutions like Lehigh Valley Hospital, Saint Luke’s Hospital, Penn State Hospitals, the Sigal Museum, and Northampton Historical and Genealogical Society. Her work also graces collections beyond the borders of the USA.
Beyond creating her art, Kim is a passionate advocate for art education. She imparts her wisdom through teaching, school residencies, and team building endeavors. Parks, schools, libraries, community centers, her art weaves into the very fabric of the community. Currently she channels her talents into a profound cause, offering solace and creativity to families and individuals affected by cancer.
In her own words, Kim’s artistic journey is driven by an ardent wish – that her art elevates participants in the same way a great piece of music lifts a listener. At the very least, she hopes her creations bring a smile to the faces of those who encounter them.
